Procurement Executive

Job Summary: Aaxis Nano Technologies is looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities for Instrumentation, Environmental Monitoring, Automation, Electrical & EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end purchase and PO processing through ERP.

· Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.

· Procure instruments, analyzers, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, control panels, cables, and electrical components.

· Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams.

· Track orders and ensure timely material delivery.

· Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and ISO/audit compliance.

· Develop vendors and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Requirements

· 1+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchase/Supply Chain.

· Experience in Instrumentation, Automation, Environmental Monitoring, Electrical, or EPC preferred.

· Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.

· Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Tally.

· Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
