Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for hot rolling mill equipment, including purchase requisitions, vendor development, and contract management.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, quality standards, and lead times.

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in capex purchase or procurement management in a manufacturing environment.

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Robust understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for designing mechanical components.

- Experience working with hot rolling mill equipment purchases or capital expenditure projects.
