Job Summary

Ornato Services Private Limited is looking for a Procurement Executive to support our procurement and supply chain operations. Candidates with a Supply Chain Management degree and an interest in the Hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.

Requirements & Responsibilities

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management is mandatory .
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Internship experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Hospitality will be preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.




- Fluent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement processes .
- Manage day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source hotel supplies, F&B; items, housekeeping and maintenance materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, compare quotations and negotiate prices.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of purchased materials.
- Coordinate with stores and internal departments for procurement requirements.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, vendor records and procurement reports**.
- Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills.
