Role Description The Procurement Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies.

The Procurement

Executive will monitor inventory requirements, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies related to quality, quantity, or pricing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate procurement records, coordinating with internal departments to understand material and service needs, and supporting negotiation efforts to achieve favorable terms.



The role also requires analyzing purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate suppliers, and support decision-making.
