Hiring: Process Trainer

Qualification: Graduate
Salary: Up to 30,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training for new & existing employees.
Explain processes, SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance.
Identify training gaps and provide coaching/refresher sessions.
Prepare training materials and maintain training records.
Coordinate with Operations & Quality teams to improve performance.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication & presentation skills.
Minimum 1 year experience as Process Trainer is Mandatory
Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
