About the Role

TRUCK EXPERTS LLC is looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented Process Associates / International Sales Professionals to join our US KPO operations. The selected candidate will identify potential clients, conduct business research, develop new opportunities, communicate with prospects, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and contact potential clients through appropriate business channels.

· Conduct detailed research on organizations, companies, and individuals to identify new business opportunities.

· Generate and develop new sales leads.

· Discover and explore new markets and business opportunities.

· Communicate professionally with prospective clients.

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.

· Follow up consistently with interested prospects.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-ups.

· Build and maintain long-term skilled relationships with customers.

· Work toward individual and team sales targets.

· Contribute to sustainable business growth and customer retention.

· Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, accuracy, and productivity.

Candidate Profile

· 2+ years of experience in International BPO, US KPO, International Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or a related process preferred.

· Good spoken and written English communication skills.





· Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

· Confidence in communicating with US-based customers or businesses.

· Ability to conduct online research and identify business opportunities.

· Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

· Willingness to work in the US/night shift.

· Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also be considered for suitable positions.

Preferred

· Candidates from Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula / Tri-City preferred.

· Previous experience in an International BPO/KPO or US process is an advantage.

· Experience handling US customers or international business clients is an advantage.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday – US Shift / Night Shift. Depending on business and client requirements,



employees may occasionally be required to work additional hours or schedules communicated by management, subject to applicable law and Company policy.
