Job Purpose To plan, coordinate and execute eye screening camps, community outreach programs and corporate/institutional camps to generate patient awareness, increase hospital footfall, and support cataract, glaucoma, diabetic eye care and other ophthalmic services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Camp Planning & Coordination

- Prepare monthly and weekly eye camp plans.
- Identify suitable locations, companies, schools, colleges, factories, associations and villages.
- Coordinate camp dates, venues, manpower and required equipment.
- Obtain necessary permissions from organizations and local authorities.
- Prepare camp-wise targets and budgets.

2. Camp Execution

- Arrange doctors, optometrists, nurses, counsellors and support staff.
- Ensure availability of vision-testing equipment, registration materials and medicines as required.
- Manage patient registration and crowd flow.
- Coordinate eye screening, refraction and preliminary examinations.
- Ensure proper documentation of all patients screened.
- Identify patients requiring further consultation, investigations or surgery.
- Marketing & Business Development




- Develop relationships with companies, schools, colleges, NGOs, associations, resident welfare groups and community leaders.
- Identify new organizations and locations for regular camps.
- Promote hospital services through camps and community activities.
- Support local marketing activities, awareness programs and promotional campaigns.
- Generate referrals and improve hospital patient footfall.Daily Activities
- Review upcoming camp schedule.
- Confirm venue and organization contact person.
- Confirm doctor and staff availability.
- Call and follow up with previous camp patients.
- Coordinate hospital appointments from camp leads.
- Visit potential current camp locations.
- Update camp database and MIS.
- Review pending surgery and consultation cases.
- Submit daily activity report to the Centre Head.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
