Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Private Banker role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Private

Banker will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering tailored financial planning and investment solutions aligned with individual goals and risk profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed client needs assessments, designing asset allocation strategies, and advising on a wide range of financial products and services. The role involves regular client meetings, proactive portfolio reviews,



and close collaboration with internal specialists across wealth, capital, insurance, and legacy planning.

The Private

Banker is expected to maintain high ethical standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a consistently high level of service and discretion.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Private Banking and Financial Planning , with the ability to deliver customized wealth management solutions.
- Solid foundation in Finance and Investments , including understanding of financial instruments, markets, and risk management.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Asset Allocation strategies tailored to diverse client objectives and time horizons.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to work with high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field); professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, or advisory roles serving high-net-worth clients is strongly preferred.
