We are looking for a Process Coordinator to monitor employee tasks, coordinate with employees regarding pending work, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the employee task management panel/dashboard and identify pending or overdue tasks.
- Coordinate with employees to understand delays, difficulties, or issues related to task completion.
- Provide basic assistance and guidance to employees wherever required.
- Identify technical/process-related issues and raise tickets with the concerned team/person.
- Coordinate with task providers or concerned departments for issue resolution.
- Follow up regularly on pending tickets and tasks until closure.
- Maintain task status and follow-up records.
- Escalate critical or repeatedly pending issues to the concerned senior.
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and the concerned support/task team.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, support, back office,



or a similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge and comfortable using software, apps, dashboards, and online systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be soft-spoken, polite, patient, and approachable.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Should have a responsible and mature approach toward work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand an issue and coordinate with the right person for resolution.
