Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall academic & school administration
- Implement and monitor ICSE/CISCE curriculum & academic standards
- Manage, mentor & evaluate teaching staff
- Monitor academic performance, examinations & results
- Handle student discipline, welfare & school culture
- Drive teacher training & professional development
- Manage parent communication and grievance resolution
- Oversee admissions, student retention & school growth
- Ensure CISCE/ICSE compliance & regulatory requirements
- Prepare academic, administrative & MIS reports
- Coordinate inspections, events and co-curricular activities
- Work closely with School Management on strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile





- Female candidates only
- 10+ years of teaching experience
- 5+ years of school administration leadership experience
- Experience in ICSE/CISCE school strongly preferred
- Experience as Principal Vice Principal Academic Head Coordinator preferred
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree with B.Ed.
- Solid leadership, communication & team-management skills
- Excellent understanding of academic operations and school administration.

Location Preference Bhopal-based candidates will be preferred.

Candidates from other locations may apply only if they are ready to relocate to Bhopal.
