CoinMBX Exchange is building a secure, trusted, compliant, high-performance digital asset exchange from India.

We’re looking for a senior resource to lead and scale the operational backbone of the cryptocurrency exchange - across trading operations, compliance workflows, and customer infrastructure.

Principal Officer – Key Responsibilities

- Leading and mentoring the AML, Compliance & Operations team.
- Managing KYC/AML/CFT operations in compliance with FIU-IND, PMLA and applicable regulations.
- Overseeing CDD, EDD, ongoing monitoring and periodic re-KYC.
- Monitoring transactions for ML/TF risks, fraud, sanctions, PEP and suspicious activities.
- Reviewing and ensuring timely filing of STR, CTR and other applicable reports with FIU-IND.
- Maintaining AML/CFT policies, SOPs, risk assessments and transaction-monitoring controls.
- Coordinating with the Designated Director, FIU-IND,



auditors and law-enforcement authorities on compliance matters.
- Overseeing exchange operations, settlements, reconciliation, customer operations and fraud monitoring.
- Implementing scalable compliance processes, automation and employee AML/KYC training.
- Managing AML audits, regulatory compliance reviews and remediation of identified gaps.

Ideal background

- 3 - 11 years of operations leadership experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, brokerage, or regulated financial institutions.
- Solid understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks - KYC / AML, PMLA, exchange mechanics, and large-scale operational systems.
