Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) is seeking an experienced and accomplished academic leader for the position of Principal - College of Computing Science &

- IT. The role focuses on providing strategic academic leadership, overseeing academic and administrative operations, ensuring the effective implementation of UG, PG, and Ph.D. programmes, and promoting research, innovation, industry collaboration, and academic excellence in emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic academic leadership.

- Oversee academic and administrative operations.

- Ensure smooth implementation of UG, PG, and Ph.D. programmes.

- Lead curriculum development aligned with AI, ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and other emerging technologies.

- Promote research, innovation, consultancy and funded projects.

- Build collaborations with IT companies, startups and research organizations.

- Develop and mentor faculty through FDPs, training and performance review.





- Improve student engagement, placements, internships, and industry exposure.

- Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, NAAC and other regulatory bodies.

- Have in-depth understanding and exposure of NAAC and NBA accreditation.

Requirements

- B.Tech. in Computer Science &
- Engineering.

- M.Tech. in Computer Science &

- Engineering.

- Ph.D. in Computer Science &

- Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of experience at Professor level/ HoD level.

- Preference will be given to candidates with a solid research track record.
