About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join reputed schools at multiple locations across Bihar. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality education, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting the overall academic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach students from Primary Classes according to the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Monitor students’ academic performance and provide individual support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Conduct tests, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain academic records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress.
- Participate in school events,



meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and teaching standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate degree in the relevant field.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred/required as applicable.
- Prior teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and teaching skills may also apply.
- Valuable command of English and/or Hindi.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young learners.
