Job Purpose: Job responsibility to operate press

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the billet temperature should be proper before extrude the die

· Ensure the all the dies available as per the production plan in die oven.

· Ensure the die should be soaked 4 hours in the die oven before load the die.

· Ensure the tooling should be proper clearance before the extrusion which will avoid the die breakage.

· Maintain the kg/ hour as per the production plan.

· Ensure the quench media as per the production plan.

· Use graphite plates and rollers to rectify the flatness of profile online

· Ensure the billet length should be as per the production plan.

· Ensure that proper marking required on the logs while changing the alloy.

· Ensure that after removal of log from the furnace, alloy marking required on the logs.

· Inform to die corrector while doing the trail dies.

· Ensure that proper marking required on the profiles with respect to oblique no, cavity wise, top side along with die no.

· Check the die lines, projection lines, tearing and blisters, shearing in online process.





· All the machines should be in positive condition before operation any deviation found informed to the concern department and super visor.

· safety / execution of 5’S

Desired Skills:

· Follow Established documents every process happens inside the production department.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
