Role Description: The Preschool Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for overseeing daily operations and educational activities in the preschool section. This role includes planning age-appropriate curricula, coordinating teaching schedules, monitoring classroom practices, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinator will support educators through mentoring, training, and regular feedback, while fostering a positive, inclusive setting for children and families.





Key responsibilities also involve maintaining communication with parents and guardians, organizing school events, managing basic administrative tasks, and collaborating with school leadership to implement academic and behavioral policies.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in classroom management, child supervision, and early childhood engagement.
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum for preschool learners.
- Competence in communication, collaboration with families, and coordination with teaching staff.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Knowledge of child development, safety standards, and inclusive education practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience working in a preschool or early years coordination role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur and commit to full-time responsibilities.
