Job Requirements (Skill Sets)

- Experience in Automation & Control with hands-on implementation of PLC/SCADA projects in manufacturing plants.
- Strong knowledge of PLC hardware configuration and programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Good understanding of SCADA/DCS architecture.
- Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC DA/UA, MQTT, and REST.
- Understanding of protocol converters, PLC/SCADA networking, and instrumentation.
- Basic knowledge of IT-OT integration and networking.




- Experience with PLC/SCADA solutions in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Metals, and Automotive is preferred.
- Good customer interaction, presentation, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document customer requirements.
- Conduct plant study visits to gather data from customer locations.
- Develop technical proposals based on customer requirements.
- Estimate service efforts for solution implementation.
- Present technical proposals to customers and obtain technical approval.
- Participate in customer and internal meetings.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to address customer requirements.
- Support the Project team during execution.
- Analyze competitor solutions and explore optimized, cost-effective solutions.
