AB Housing Realty Pvt Ltd is seeking an energetic and target-driven Presales Executive to join our sales team in Moshi, Pune. You will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, managing incoming leads and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls, web leads, and customer inquiries regarding ongoing projects

- Pitch suitable residential properties based on budget and preferences

- Make outbound follow-ups to qualify leads and nurture interest

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the direct sales team

- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system

- Build strong rapport with prospective buyers and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements

- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills





- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

- Prior experience in real estate presales, telecalling, or customer support preferred - freshers with good communication may apply

- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to handle inquiries efficiently

- Ability to commute to Moshi, Pune
