Role Description:

The Pre Sales and Bid Manager – CCTV and Security Systems is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves:

- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements,
- Designing technical solutions for CCTV and electronic security systems, and preparing detailed techno-commercial proposals and bid documents.
- Leading pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients, including government and enterprise customers.
- Coordinating with engineering and project teams to validate solution feasibility, responding to RFPs/RFQs, managing bid timelines,



and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with tender specifications.
- Competitor analysis, pricing support, and contributing to the development of proposal templates, case studies, and solution collaterals that strengthen PANORAMA’s market positioning.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 Years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, tender response, and techno-commercial proposal development for security or IT infrastructure solutions.
- Solid knowledge of CCTV, electronic security systems, access control, video management systems, and related surveillance technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification; advanced certifications in security systems or project management are an advantage.
