The Pre Sales

Associate will engage with prospective learners and parents, understand their educational needs, and present suitable PW courses and programs.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, sharing detailed information about offerings, and addressing questions to build trust and clarity. The role involves coordinating with sales and academic teams, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, and supporting follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain educational offerings clearly and build rapport with diverse learners and families.




- Sales and customer engagement abilities, including lead qualification, consultation-based selling, and follow-up management.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for recording interactions, tracking leads, and generating basic reports.
- Good understanding or interest in the education and test preparation sector, especially online, offline, and hybrid learning models.
- Attention to detail, active listening, and problem-solving skills to understand learner needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in pre-sales, counseling, or education services is an added advantage.
