Role Description This is a full time, on-site PPC (Production Planning and Control) role based in Dodda Ballapur. The PPC professional will plan and schedule production activities, coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams, and ensure materials and resources are available to meet production targets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring work orders, tracking production progress against plans, updating ERP or planning systems, and resolving delays or bottlenecks on the shop floor.

The role involves analyzing demand forecasts, maintaining accurate inventory and production data, preparing regular reports,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and control expertise, including capacity planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP or other production planning software, and solid skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in electrical/electronic or industrial equipment environments, including basic quality and inventory management principles.
- Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to work with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Relevant technical or engineering degree/diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of safety standards and lean or continuous improvement practices; experience in agricultural or farm equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
