Job Summary

We are looking for a PPC Support Executive/Engineer to assist the PPC team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating production activities for PEB projects. The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, production, stores, and project teams to ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of structural steel components.

Key Responsibilities

- Support preparation and monitoring of production plans and schedules based on project requirements.
- Track project-wise production status from material receipt to fabrication, finishing, and dispatch .
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly production progress reports and MIS.
- Monitor availability of raw materials, drawings, BOMs, and production inputs .
- Follow up on pending materials, drawings, approvals, and production activities.
- Update project schedules and highlight delays, bottlenecks, and priority jobs to the PPC team.
- Assist in preparing production targets, loading plans, and dispatch schedules .
- Maintain records of planned vs. actual production .
- Coordinate with shop-floor teams to ensure jobs are completed as per priority and schedule.




- Support inventory and material consumption tracking.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel/ERP/MIS systems .
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of production requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS/reporting.
- Understanding of production planning and scheduling .
- Basic knowledge of PEB/structural steel fabrication processes .
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and project timelines.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP software will be an advantage.
- Ability to interpret basic BOMs, drawings, and material requirements is preferred.

Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
