Role & responsibilities
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans as per customer orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production progress against planned targets and take corrective action.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and production resources.
- Prepare production schedules and machine/work-centre loading plans.
- Track WIP, finished goods and production status.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks and capacity issues.
- Maintain production planning reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with Quality team to ensure timely inspection and release.
- Support on-time delivery and optimum utilization of manpower and machines.
Preferred candidate profile Valuable knowledge of production planning, Excel/MIS, ERP/MRP systems, coordination skills and analytical ability.
