PPIC Manager / Sr Manager to lead and manage Production Planning and Inventory Control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective production planning, optimum inventory levels, timely material availability, and smooth coordination across departments to support contract manufacturing operations.

Biodeal Pharmaceutical Ltd. is looking for an experienced PPIC Manager / Sr Manager to lead and manage Production Planning and Inventory Control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective production planning, optimum inventory levels, timely material availability, and smooth coordination across departments to support contract manufacturing operations.

What youll do

- Lead the end-to-end Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) function.
- Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly and daily production plans based on customer orders, forecasts and production capacity.
- Ensure timely availability of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and other required resources as per production schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales/Business Development, Production, Purchase, QA, QC, Warehouse, R&D; and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.

- Develop and implement effective planning strategies for contract manufacturing orders and multiple customer requirement
- Prepare and analyze PPIC reports, production plans, inventory reports and MIS for management review.

What were looking for

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field.
- 1012 years of relevant experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Supply Chain or Inventory Control.
- Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical / Contract Manufacturing / CDMO industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, capacity planning and production scheduling.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Solid command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
