Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
- Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and engineering data.
- Assist in product data management and document control activities.
- Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
- Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
- Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
- Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.




- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities.
- Prepare operational reports, process documentation, and training materials.
- Follow established quality, compliance, and data governance standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Freshers ME 2026
- Good understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of PLM concepts.
- Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter.
- Awareness of RuleStream or engineering automation tools.
- Basic understanding of CAD systems such as NX, Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
- Understanding of change management processes.
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is an added advantage.
