Position: Relationship Manager – Supply Chain Finance

Role Overview: The Relationship Manager –

Supply chain finance will drive origination and growth of SCF programs (invoice discounting, vendor finance, dealer finance, and factoring) across anchor corporates and their buyer/supplier networks. The role demands strong command of working capital finance, the ability to structure anchor-led programs, and a track record of closing and managing high-value corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and onboard anchor corporates for vendor finance, dealer finance, invoice discounting, and factoring programs.

Build and manage relationships with promoters, CFOs, and treasury/finance heads of anchor corporates, along with their vendor and dealer ecosystems.

Structure SCF program terms—discounting rates, credit limits, tenor, and recourse/non-recourse arrangements—in coordination with credit and risk teams.

Drive onboarding of vendors/dealers onto the Deleverage digital platform and ensure smooth activation and utilization.

Monitor program performance, drawdown levels, and portfolio health; identify opportunities to deepen or expand anchor relationships.

Track market trends, competitor SCF offerings, and regulatory developments (RBI SCF/TReDS guidelines) to identify new business opportunities.





Collaborate closely with credit, operations, product, and technology teams to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.

Negotiate and close high-value anchor and NBFC/bank co-lending partnerships.

Ensure full adherence to financial regulations, KYC/AML norms, and company policies through the program lifecycle.

Strong working knowledge of invoice discounting, factoring, vendor/dealer finance, and TReDS mechanics. Proven ability to originate and manage anchor corporate and channel-partner relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and disbursement targets.

Analytical mindset with strong credit awareness, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.

Comfort working with digital SCF platforms and coordinating cross-functionally with tech and operations teams.
