Role Details: The Portfolio Lead will be responsible for driving the overall portfolio strategy and growth agenda for the Personal Banking customer base. The role will focus on maximizing portfolio value through customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, lifecycle management, retention, engagement, deposits growth, cross-sell, and profitability initiatives.The incumbent will lead strategic portfolio programs, collaborate closely with analytics, marketing, product, operations, and distribution teams, and ensure delivery of business objectives through data-driven interventions and customer-centric campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute portfolio growth strategies to drive retail deposits, customer engagement, profitability, and liabilities book growth.
- Own portfolio performance across key metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, attrition management, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead customer segmentation and portfolio analytics to identify growth opportunities, monitor trends, and recommend strategic interventions.
- Design and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly portfolio plans aligned to business objectives.
- Drive customer-facing campaigns across channels to improve product usage, balances, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Identify revenue leakage opportunities and develop corrective actions including win-back programs, account upgrades, retention initiatives, and product cross-selling campaigns.
- Partner with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Digital teams to conceptualize and deliver portfolio initiatives.
- Track campaign effectiveness, measure performance,



and continuously optimize programs through data-backed insights.
- Manage external vendors and partner relationships supporting portfolio initiatives and campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, risk, and governance requirements and obtain necessary approvals for portfolio programs.
- Present portfolio performance updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders.
- Lead key strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer experience, portfolio profitability, and business growth

EDUCATION

Preferred: Essential requirement: MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing

WORK EXPERIENCE

- 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or related sectors.
- Solid experience in Portfolio Management, Product Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Liabilities Business, or Strategic Growth roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large customer portfolios, driving business growth, and executing customer engagement initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leadership decisions
