This opportunity is for Gurugram location, 5 days WFO.

Job Summary The PMO Analyst will support project governance, financial operations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across the organization. The role requires working closely with delivery teams, finance, talent acquisition, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting, effective project tracking, and smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Reporting

- Maintain and update project trackers, governance reports, and management dashboards.
- Consolidate weekly project status updates and prepare leadership reports.
- Monitor project metrics, resource utilization, and engagement data to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely collection, validation, and reporting of project information from stakeholders.
- Support PMO governance processes and management reviews.

Billing & Financial Operations

- Maintain project billing trackers and financial reporting data.
- Coordinate with finance teams on billing, invoicing, revenue tracking, and gross margin reporting.
- Validate financial and operational data to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support monthly billing cycles and related management reporting activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with project managers, delivery leaders, finance, HR, talent acquisition, and other business functions.
- Follow up with stakeholders to collect, validate, and update operational data.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure timely completion of PMO activities.
- Support leadership with ad hoc reporting, operational analysis, and urgent business requirements.

Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition Coordination

- Maintain resource allocation, utilization, headcount, and workforce planning trackers.
- Track billable,



non-billable, bench, and deployment status of resources.
- Maintain resource demand and hiring requirement trackers aligned with project needs.
- Coordinate with project teams and Talent Acquisition to support onboarding, staffing, deployment, and workforce fulfilment activities.
- Monitor recruitment progress, capacity planning, and resource forecasting, providing regular updates to delivery leadership.

Ad-hoc PMO Support

- Assist leadership with urgent operational requests and strategic initiatives.
- Support audits, compliance activities, documentation, and information collection exercises.
- Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis, VBA/macros, and reporting automation.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, PMO processes, and management reporting.
- Experience in billing operations, financial tracking, revenue reporting, and resource utilization reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or masters degree in business administration (BBA/MBA), Commerce, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, delivery operations, business operations, or financial reporting roles.
- Experience working in IT Services, Consulting, or Professional Services organizations.
