Job Title: PMO Analyst/Sr. PMO Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Business Operations department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the project management team in various tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist the project management team in analyzing project data and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist the Business Operations head with financial budgeting, forecasting and revenue tracking
- Obtain quarterly client feedbacks and customer testimonials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in governance meetings and track client issues to avoid escalations.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project management team.




- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Help track contract timelines, renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree and an MBA in Operations/Finance or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Operations/PMO department or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills..
- CAPM, PMP certification is a plus.
