Role Description

We are looking for a Platform Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site chance based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in platform engineering, software development, backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, automation, DevOps, databases, distributed systems, and enterprise technology platforms.

The Platform Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, maintain, integrate, and improve internal software platforms, shared services, APIs, automation systems, and scalable technology solutions.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, C#, backend frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, monitoring tools, infrastructure automation, and enterprise applications depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, backend development, cloud engineering, DevOps, application development, infrastructure engineering, system engineering, or related technology roles can apply.




- Candidates currently working as Platform Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Application Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from SaaS, product companies, IT services, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good programming knowledge in at least one language such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, software-development fundamentals, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or shared platform services will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, containers, orchestration, or cloud-native technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI,



Azure DevOps, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, shell scripting, application deployment, configuration, and server environments will be beneficial.
- Exposure to infrastructure automation or Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, alerting, performance monitoring, or observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar platforms will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, message queues, caching, or event-driven systems will be considered an additional advantage.
- Basic understanding of networking, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, load balancing, APIs, security, or distributed application concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to OAuth, JWT, identity management, role-based access control, secrets management, or secure software-development practices will be an advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, enterprise applications, or business-system integrations will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into practical platform and software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, cloud project, backend project, DevOps project, platform project, GitHub project, API project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time platform-engineering experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, cloud platforms, DevOps tools, automation technologies, and modern platform-engineering practices.
