Role Description The Plant Operator role at VELL PLAST is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand.

The Plant

Operator will monitor and operate production machinery and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations in line with established procedures.

Responsibilities include performing routine checks, adjusting operating parameters, and coordinating with maintenance teams to address mechanical or technical issues. The role involves following quality control standards,



recording operational data, and supporting material handling activities within the plant.

The Plant

Operator will work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets while maintaining safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in plant operations, including monitoring processes and coordinating production activities.
- Proficiency in machine operation and basic maintenance tasks to ensure reliable equipment performance.
- Experience with quality control practices, including inspection, sampling, and documentation of product standards.
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements in a plant setting.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and technical instructions.
- Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in plastics, chemical plant, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in mechanical, chemical, or industrial disciplines preferred.
