The Senior CAD / Plant 3D Modeller role is focused on high‑quality CAD and 3D modelling production for water and wastewater treatment projects supporting Sweden/Nordic delivery teams. The position requires deep technical expertise in Autodesk Plant 3D, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and cross‑functional teams.

We are seeking a skilled Plant3D Engineer with strong experience in piping design and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD Plant3D and BIM workflows, with the ability to identify and resolve construction drawing issues, interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs), and integrate civil/structural design inputs into Plant3D models. Strong communication skills and collaborative working style are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant3D Modelling of piping, equipment, and layouts in line with project standards.
- BIM Coordination including clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution for construction deliverables.
- Review and interpret Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Civil/Structural placements to ensure accurate modelling.

- Develop and check construction drawings, GA drawings, isometrics, and material take‑offs.
- Collaborate with process, civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in design review meetings,



providing technical input and resolving interdisciplinary issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 4+ years of experience in Plant3D piping design.
- Solid knowledge of BIM tools and workflows for construction documentation.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in construction drawings.
- Understanding of process design (PFDs) and civil/structural layouts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant3D, Navisworks, and related design software.
- Knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME, EN).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in water & wastewater treatment projects.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary projects involving process, civil, and mechanical engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
