- Handle day-to-day HR operations for garage and parking staff.
- Manage attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, and manpower availability.
- Recruit and onboard blue-collar employees such as drivers, helpers, mechanics, cleaners, security and parking staff.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, absenteeism, and workplace issues.
- Maintain employee records, joining documents and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll and operations for attendance, overtime and manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and safety guidelines.
- Conduct employee induction and coordinate safety/training programs.
