Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment &
- Staffing:

Handle local manpower planning, sourcing, and end-to-end hiring for shop-floor operators, contract workers, and staff roles.

- Time &

- Payroll Operations:

Track daily shift attendance, leave rosters, overtime, and process inputs for monthly payroll.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor regulations and factory acts (such as PF, ESI, and local labor laws).

- Employee Relations &

- Grievances:

Resolve day-to-day worker conflicts, manage disciplinary procedures, and maintain a peaceful shop-floor workplace.

- Training &

- Safety Coordination:

Organize safety orientations, compliance briefings, and technical skill upgrades for plant workers.

- Engagement &

- Welfare:

Oversee canteen operations, transportation, locker room facilities, and morale-boosting engagement events

Pay: ₹25,000.89 - ₹30,000.80 per month
