Role Description The Plant Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with the flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role is responsible for overseeing plant operations related to parking systems manufacturing and installation, ensuring equipment performance, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring plant processes, coordinating maintenance activities, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize power generation and energy usage, support automation initiatives, and improve overall efficiency and reliability. The role also involves documenting technical procedures, assisting in audits and inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement projects aligned with HPIPL’s sustainability and innovation goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Plant Engineering and Plant Operations to manage manufacturing and system deployment activities.
- Proficiency in Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation and rapid resolution of technical issues.
- Experience with Power Generation and energy management in an industrial or infrastructure workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of automation systems, safety standards, and ISO-based quality processes in industrial plants.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work both on-site and remotely in a hybrid setup.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams.
