Role Description The Plant Head role at HPIPL is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role oversees end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The Plant

Head coordinates daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets, while optimizing processes and reducing downtime.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and cost controls, implementing quality control systems, supervising plant teams,



and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. The role also involves close collaboration with design, procurement, and project teams to align manufacturing schedules with customer requirements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support strategic decisions related to capacity and future expansion.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in plant operations and production management, with demonstrated ability to lead and optimize manufacturing activities.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling, including resource allocation and workflow optimization.
- Experience in quality control, with knowledge of ISO standards, inspection processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid budgeting and cost management skills, including monitoring operational expenses and improving cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior plant or operations leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of automation and industrial equipment relevant to parking systems or related mechanical assemblies.
- Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and environmental sustainability practices in manufacturing.
- Comfort with using ERP or production management software and data-driven decision-making.
