- growth, we’re looking to add a Specialist – Pricing Management & Compliance in
- Chennai, India.
- Strong expertise in RFQ execution, supplier negotiations, pricing governance,
- commercial terms and reporting for Electrical/Mechanical commodities.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, execute transition activities, ensure governance,

- and track risks to support accurate pricing, RFQ alignment, and effective reporting.
- What a typical day looks like:
- RFQ Governance & Alignment (Electrical and/or Mechanical Commodities)

- Drive RFQ execution aligned with transition and sourcing strategy.
- Coordinate supplier negotiations and ensure final price approvals follow Global
- Commodity strategy.

- Coordinate with teams and suppliers to ensure timely RFQ closure and resolve
- issues for the transitions
- Update systems with approved prices and conduct periodic RFQ outcome
- reviews per transition strategy.
- Act as key SPOC for stakeholder alignment during RFQ cycles.
- Pricing Compliance
- Ensure pricing compliance across Electrical and/or Mechanical commodities
- during transition.
- Validate correct implementation of approved negotiated prices across all
- locations.
- Identify and correct any pricing gaps or inconsistencies.





- Act as key SPOC to maintain pricing alignment and minimize process loss.
- Project Management & Transition Governance
- Drive assigned transition activities with clear timelines and ownership.

- Ensure cross-functional alignment across sites, teams, and suppliers.
- Identify risks and execute mitigation actions.
- Establish governance framework and ensure adherence during transition.

- Track KPIs and provide structured reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Cost optimization levers / commercial perks
- Lead and support end to end Cost optimization levers / commercial benefits
- processes and planning activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams
- across Global commodity mgmt, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure
- alignment and execution.

- Maintain and enhance Cost optimization levers / commercial benefits processes
- dashboards, KPI reporting, process documentation, and governance while
- monitoring planning accuracy, data quality, and system alignment to drive
- standardization and continuous improvement.
