Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate placement activities for CSE and allied programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, technology firms, startups, consulting organizations, and other recruiters.
- Identify and invite companies for campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, technical assessments, interviews, coding tests, group discussions, and recruitment processes.
- Maintain an updated database of students, recruiters, job opportunities, internships, and placement outcomes.
- Coordinate student registration and eligibility verification for recruitment drives.
- Track placement statistics and prepare periodic placement reports.
- Identify skill gaps among students and coordinate training programs to improve employability.
- Coordinate aptitude, coding, technical, communication, soft-skills, interview, and industry-readiness training.
- Facilitate internships, industrial visits, live projects, and industry interactions.
- Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, industry talks, alumni interactions, and career-development activities.
- Coordinate with faculty members, department leadership, training teams, and central placement cells.




- Support students in resume development, interview preparation, professional communication, and career planning.
- Maintain solid alumni and industry networks for placement opportunities.
- Track and report placement offers, packages, recruiters, internships, and other employability metrics.
- Ensure professional communication and smooth coordination between recruiters and students.

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, or a related field will be an added advantage.
