Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Placement Executive to manage and coordinate placement activities for our students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, identifying job opportunities, coordinating interviews, and supporting students throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
- Identify suitable job and internship opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with companies regarding job openings and recruitment requirements.
- Share relevant opportunities with eligible students.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, recruitment drives, and follow-ups.
- Track student applications, interviews, selections, and joining status.
- Support students with resume preparation and interview readiness.
- Coordinate mock interviews and career-readiness activities.
- Maintain updated placement records and databases.
- Regularly follow up with students and employers.
- Prepare placement reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and the career counselling team to ensure student readiness.
- Support the organization in achieving placement targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in placement, recruitment, HR, career services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in student placement, recruitment, or training/education organizations are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
