Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at Muthoot Business School in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with recruiting organizations, coordinating campus placement activities, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment events.

The Placement

Coordinator will support learners with placement preparation, interview readiness, and soft skills development.



Daily tasks include engaging with employers, scheduling interviews, maintaining placement records, organizing career workshops, and collaborating with faculty and administration to align placement activities with the school’s industry-integrated learning approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective engagement with learners, recruiters, and faculty.
- Candidates should possess placement coordination experience of minimum 3 years , including managing campus hiring processes and employer outreach .
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in placement, training, or corporate relations in an educational institution is an advantage.
