About the Role

We are looking for 4 enthusiastic and result-oriented Placement Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates should have experience in IT hiring, recruitment, and corporate relations, with the ability to connect trained students with relevant job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with IT companies and HR teams for placement opportunities.
- Source and identify job openings in the IT industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Understand student skills, profiles, and career preferences.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and recruitment drives.
- Screen student resumes and match candidates with suitable job roles.
- Prepare students for interviews and coordinate the complete placement process.
- Maintain placement records, interview schedules, and selection reports.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview results and offers.
- Achieve placement targets and support students throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in IT hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition,



or placement coordination.
- Strong knowledge of IT job roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, QA, Digital Marketing, and related positions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple companies and candidates.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with IT recruitment agencies, HR consultancies, training institutes, or corporate placement teams.
- Existing contacts with IT recruiters and hiring managers will be an advantage.
- Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment is preferred.
