We are expanding our creative arts faculty and building an elite pool of professional Piano & Keyboard Instructors capable of delivering high-quality, interactive live classes to students of all skill levels.

Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and experienced Piano and Keyboard Instructors to teach students ranging from absolute beginners to advanced musicians. In this role, you will conduct live, online 1-on-1 or group classes, helping students build strong foundational skills, master music theory, and excel in performance techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive, high-quality live online piano and keyboard lessons for students across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Customize lesson plans, practice regimes, and curriculum tailored to individual student goals and learning speeds.

Teach essential techniques including hand posture, fingering, scales, chords, arpeggios, sight-reading, sheet music notation, and music theory.

Guide students across various genres (Classical, Pop, Jazz, Contemporary, or Indian Music/Chords).

Provide constructive feedback, practice assignments, and ongoing encouragement to track student progress.

Maintain a professional online teaching environment with clear audio and overhead/keyboard video setup.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience playing and teaching piano or keyboard.

Formal qualification or certification in Music performance/pedagogy (e.g.,



Trinity College London, ABRSM, Rockschool, degree in Music, or equivalent formal training) is preferred.

Ability to teach diverse age groups (children, teens, and adults).

Excellent communication skills and patience in an online teaching setup.

A reliable high-speed internet connection, good quality audio/video setup (including a clear view of your keybed), and a well-lit teaching space.

Payment & Compliance Terms

Payment Cycle: Monthly payout based on conducted classes.

Tax Compliance: As per government compliance and regulations for professional freelance services, a mandatory 10% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deduction will apply to monthly payouts.

Step 2: Complete Your Instructor Profile

Once logged in, complete your application by adding the following details to your profile:

Profile Photo (Professional headshot)

Educational Qualifications

Professional Summary (A short bio highlighting your musical background and teaching philosophy)

Resume / CV

Relevant Certifications (if applicable)

Teaching Experience and any other relevant background details
