Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Navjivan Nature Cure in the Kutch district. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies aligned with the center’s nature-inspired and holistic approach. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, guiding therapeutic exercises, providing manual therapy, and using appropriate modalities to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance functional independence.

The role involves documenting patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary wellness and medical teams, educating patients on posture,



ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications, and supporting rehabilitation and preventive care programs. The Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high skilled standards, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a calm, supportive healing workplace.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or license as applicable.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
- Ability to work within a holistic, nature-based care model and integrate physiotherapy with lifestyle, wellness, and preventive approaches.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clear records.
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity, with a commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.
- Capability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and work independently in an on-site clinical environment.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting; experience in wellness centers, rehabilitation clinics, or integrative health settings is an advantage.
