Role Description This full-time, on-site Phlebotomist role at Mediclear Labs in Yamunanagar involves performing blood collection procedures like venipuncture and capillary sampling, ensuring protected and accurate specimen collection from diverse patients.

Responsibilities include verifying patient identity, explaining procedures, labelling and handling specimens, and preparing samples for transport.



The role requires maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety guidelines, and documenting procedures accurately. Collaboration with lab personnel and healthcare professionals, supporting workflow, and providing compassionate patient interaction are essential.

Qualifications Candidates should have strong blood collection and laboratory skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and medical assisting skills. A relevant certification or diploma in phlebotomy or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a diagnostic lab or clinical setting. Attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and strong documentation skills are required, along with a commitment to infection control, patient safety, and ethical conduct.
