Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both younger children and working professionals in the Indian region. The role involves planning and delivering online sessions on phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English, as well as coaching learners in public speaking, presentation skills, and confidence-building. Daily responsibilities include designing age-appropriate and level-appropriate lesson plans, creating interactive learning materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The professional will collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula,



maintain consistent communication with learners and guardians (where applicable), and ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging virtual classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English instruction for younger learners and adults.
- Demonstrated skills in public speaking, presentation coaching, and confidence-building for diverse learner groups.
- Experience creating structured lesson plans, interactive activities, and customized learning materials for online delivery.
- Proficiency with digital tools and e-learning platforms to conduct live sessions and manage learner engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience in education, communication skills, or related fields, preferably in the Indian context.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage schedules effectively, and adapt methodologies for different age groups and learning needs.
- Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and culturally sensitive teaching practices.
