Job Title: Pharma Inventory Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pharma Inventory Controller responsible for managing pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, timely replenishment, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, batch-wise stock handling, expiry management, and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control daily pharmaceutical inventory levels.
- Maintain batch-wise, expiry-wise, and product-wise stock records.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward stock entries in ERP/software.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track near-expiry and expired medicines and coordinate for appropriate action.
- Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory, damaged products, and stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Distribution teams for inventory requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation for stock receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Monitor storage conditions and ensure products are stored according to company guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of stock transfers between warehouses/locations.




- Investigate inventory variances and take corrective action.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical inventory and storage procedures.
- Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory and report the same to management.
- Assist in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management.
- Knowledge of batch number, expiry date, MRP, and product-wise stock management.
- Good understanding of FEFO/FIFO.
- Robust MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with ERP/WMS/Tally or inventory management software.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare inventory MIS and management reports.

Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical warehouse/inventory experience will be preferred.

Experience 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical inventory, warehouse, distribution, or supply-chain operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
