Role Description The Pharmaceutical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for supporting the safe, effective, and compliant handling of pharmaceutical products. This role includes reviewing prescriptions, advising healthcare professionals on appropriate drug use, and ensuring adherence to company protocols and regulatory standards. The specialist will oversee inventory management, monitor storage conditions, and support Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance where applicable.

Day-to-day activities also involve coordinating with the sales team on product information,



providing technical support to customers, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role may include participation in training sessions, quality checks, and collaboration with laboratory teams to support product quality and safety.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge in Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals, including drug classifications, dosage forms, and therapeutic uses.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality standards in pharmaceutical production and handling.
- Sales skills related to pharmaceutical products, with the ability to communicate product benefits clearly and ethically.
- Laboratory skills for basic testing, handling samples, and supporting quality assurance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with national pharmaceutical regulations and safety protocols.
- Robust attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-focused and ethical approach.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred.
