About the Role

C.V. Raman International School is seeking an energetic, concept-driven PGT Physics Teacher to lead instruction for senior secondary grades (XI & XII). The ideal educator will bridge theoretical principles with hands-on laboratory investigation, fostering scientific inquiry while thoroughly preparing students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Classroom Delivery: Deliver comprehensive, engaging lectures covering the senior secondary Physics curriculum, emphasizing fundamental mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, and modern physics.

Laboratory Instruction: Plan, supervise, and conduct weekly practical lab sessions, ensuring strict adherence to lab safety protocols, apparatus handling, and systematic record maintenance.

Board & Competitive Preparation: Train students in numerical problem-solving, analytical derivation, and board-style examination strategies (including past-year paper reviews and mock testing).

Assessment & Tracking: Design diagnostic tests, assignments,



and term examinations; evaluate student progress regularly and provide targeted remediation for struggling learners.

Science Culture & Mentorship: Guide students in science exhibitions, working models, Olympiads, and inter-school academic competitions.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic progress and actively participate in departmental planning meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics / Applied Physics) from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks.

Professional Credential: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience teaching senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12) in a recognized secondary school.

Technical & Board Familiarity: Thorough familiarity with current board curriculum standards, practical examination schemes, and up-to-date educational technology tools.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
