Role Description The Pest Control Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The technician will inspect residential and commercial properties, identify pest issues, and implement appropriate treatments in line with company standards and safety guidelines.

Daily activities include applying pest control products, setting traps, monitoring pest activity, and documenting services performed. The role involves explaining treatment plans to customers, providing preventative maintenance advice, and following up to ensure effective results.



The technician will collaborate with the team, maintain equipment, adhere to regulatory requirements, and uphold health and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management, with the ability to diagnose and treat a range of pest issues.
- Knowledge of PEST (pest evaluation and safety techniques) and safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Effective Communication skills to explain procedures, safety information, and preventative measures to customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of Lawn Care as it relates to outdoor pest prevention and property maintenance.
- Prior experience in pest control or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor areas, and to follow strict safety and hygiene standards.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; willingness to complete ongoing training and compliance courses.
