– Person In-Charge (PIC)

We are looking for an experienced Person In-Charge (PIC) for our pharmaceutical testing laboratory. The primary responsibility will be reviewing and checking analytical reports and ensuring the accuracy, completeness and compliance of laboratory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly check, review and verify analytical test reports before final approval and release.
- Review analytical results, calculations, specifications, chromatograms and supporting raw data wherever applicable.
- Act as an authorized Signing Authority for laboratory reports and related documents.
- Ensure reports are accurate, complete and prepared in accordance with approved methods, SOPs and specifications.
- Identify discrepancies, errors or deviations in reports and coordinate with the concerned laboratory team for necessary corrections.




- Review laboratory documentation and ensure proper traceability and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, GLP, NABL and regulatory requirements.
- Review and handle OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA and other quality-related issues as applicable.
- Coordinate with analysts and laboratory staff regarding report-related queries and corrections.
- Ensure timely completion, review and release of reports.
- Support internal, client and regulatory audits whenever required.
- Maintain overall responsibility for the technical quality and integrity of laboratory reporting activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
