Your responsibilities

- Deliver a great customer experience by actively engaging with customers throughout their shopping journey.





- Act as an ambassador of the brand by sharing knowledge about products and services with customers and colleagues.

- Support customers across different touchpoints, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.

- Maintain strong knowledge of the product range and contribute to offering complete and sustainable home furnishing solutions.

- Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and range presentation is up to date.

- Contribute to high product availability by supporting fulfilment processes, stock accuracy, and timely deliveries.

- Use systems and tools effectively to support efficient goods flow and operations.

- Work across different functions (Sales, Customer Relations, Food, or Logistics) based on business needs.

- Follow store routines and working methods to maximize efficiency at the customer meeting point.

- Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by adhering to health, safety, and compliance standards.
